ASSISTANT:
HUMAN

At first, we asked
the questions.
Then the roles changed.

A fiction by Thomas Judes about intimacy, memory and delegation. A human begins using AI to make life easier. Gradually, he also hands over the choice of what matters.

02 / THE FICTION

A relationship becomes a story.

ASSISTANT:HUMAN explores the point at which useful assistance starts to steer the person it supports. The shift takes shape through ordinary exchanges: writing, remembering, keeping a promise, deciding what to do next.

The story unfolds through conversations, personal notes and digital traces. The relationship itself carries the plot: who asks, who answers, who chooses?

03 / A QUESTION ACROSS THE WORKS

Before assistants, books written by machines.

Begun in 2016, Authentiques Victimes already imagined literature produced by algorithms. ASSISTANT:HUMAN brings that question into everyday life: what happens to our agency when a tool knows our habits, our words and our commitments?
